We’ll explore the thinking patterns that keep bringing you back to the same problems.

The one about why things haven’t worked out.
Sometimes the real block isn’t the situation — it’s the beliefs we’ve unknowingly accepted as truth.

3️⃣ We won’t stay at surface level.
If you’re looking for quick tips or temporary motivation, this might not be the right place.
Real transformation begins when we understand what’s happening beneath the behaviour.

4️⃣ You might start seeing your life differently.
Your response to stress, expectations, work pressure, and relationships may begin to shift.
And once you become aware of those patterns, it’s hard to ignore them again.

Constant overthinking.

So yes… these are good reasons not to work with me.
